Care Groups

One of the ways Faith ministers to the congregation is through the structure we refer to as 'Care Groups.' Every member, regular attendee and their family, are assigned to a Care Group, under the care of a Deacon and a Ruling Elder partner. Normally new Care groups assignments are made in the beginning of the new year, with the installation of new Deacons and Ruling Elders.

Deacons have been called by God to serve in a ministry of practical compassion and to facilitate activities assisting the Church body. Committed to prayer in all things, the Deacons provide practical help as needed and inspire and encourage others to serve. Deacons serve the Lord with gladness!

Your Deacon is a point of contact in times of practical need. Each Deacon is teamed with an Elder, who, as a shepherd, looks to the spiritual needs of those in the Care Group. Together, the Deacon and the Elder provide a source of connection with the Church and with all the benefits of belonging to the body of the believers.
